If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, or another issue caused by the customer, we may deduct actual return shipping costs and any carrier-imposed return fees from the refund amount, where permitted by law.
No deduction will be applied if the failed delivery results from an error by Tailvia, the carrier, or circumstances not caused by the customer.
Risk of loss may transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided, subject to applicable law.
